We believe that by being in nature and taking time to connect we support our mental well being. Taking the time to slow down and walk through nature can give us clarity and a sense of peace and freedom within our own minds. Join us as we raise funds and spread the importance of taking time to go outside and be in nature for the wellbeing of your mind. This is a great oppertunity to be in movement with a group of people who care about the wellbeing of others and connect!
